Our take on this traditional treat uses light brown sugar and just the right touch of cinnamon, ginger and clove, along with a generous helping of molasses to give them their rich flavor. A distant cousin of gingerbread, our molasses cookies are a welcome holiday gift. Order some for giving or to have around the house when friends stop by to visit.

Molasses Cookies
Two dozen traditional molasses cookies made from scratch in our Lancaster Country bakery and available online. They freeze well, so order some for now and some for later! Nationwide delivery.
We suggest freezing our shoofly pies, whoopie pies and cookies if you are not going to consume them within 1–2 days after you receive your order. For best results, wrap them in tin foil and thaw at room temperature.
