A Bird-in-Hand Christmas To Remember
Unexpected treasures… in unlikely places
Christmas Day approaches and uncertainty reigns in the beautiful village of Paradise. Matthew and Mary, the new owners of a thrift store, face seemingly insurmountable challenges, including a parent with dementia, a sister with control issues, some very nosy and noisy neighbors, and a painting of unknown value – all of which make for a few “bumps in the road” during the most wonderful time of the year. Will the holidays bring heartache or be filled with healing? And what is the artwork worth? Join us and find out!
Presented in partnership with Blue Gate Musicals and based on the story by Wally Nason and adapted for the stage by Wally Nason and acclaimed author Martha Bolton, this Christmas show is the newest musical from the same creative team that brought you The Confession, Half-Stitched, Josiah for President, Our Christmas Dinner and The Home Game. A Bird-in-Hand Christmas to Remember is brought to life by a talented cast of professionals chosen from 5,000 hopefuls at regional auditions who have delighted audiences across the country.
If you can appreciate colorful characters and solid values, this quirky, heart-warming and joyful journey is guaranteed to put you in the Christmas spirit.

“When we come to the Family Inn, we like eating out and riding through the countryside. We love going across the street to the hardware store that goes on forever. We go to Sight & Sound all the time. We were in Bird-in-Hand in November to see Josiah for President on the Bird-in-Hand Stage. The show was magnificent.”
