Homemade Pennsylvania Dutch Egg Noodles

Maybe you have fond memories of your mother’s homecooked dinner with hot buttered noodles. Or maybe you’ve enjoyed scratch-made egg noodles from our smorgasbord or in our homemade soups. You can still get that delicious traditional taste for your own recipes with our homemade noodles. Whether you’re making Pennsylvania Dutch chicken pot pie, stroganoff, noodle casserole or serving noodles on the side, you can count on our noodles to make your meal a success

These are the same noodles you’ve loved at our Bird-in-Hand Family Restaurant & Smorgasbord. Made in small batches with superior grade durum semolina flour and yolks from local eggs for that homemade taste, they are available in several varieties. They have a long 18-month shelf life, so you can order enough to make sure you always have them on hand. Each bag holds 16 ounces of our noodles.
